My ‘happy place’ is getting into a multi offer situation on your business for sale.
I started in sales in 1989. I sold my own fully managed business in 2004. I’ve been selling businesses for other people since then and I’ve owned another business on the way through.
20 years of completing deals means I’ve seen a lot. I reckon you learn as much from the deals that don’t complete as you do from the ‘smooth sailing’ transactions. Bringing those decades of experience into new projects helps us get deals across the line.
I think my networks and the databases I’ve built are unparalleled. Knowing who’s in the market to buy what, is key in business sales. I’m not sure whether I’m a Match Maker or Retirement Specialist – maybe both.
My previous clients will tell you I’m good at getting the best price while keeping the sales process a secret. I’m very discreet. They’ll also tell you I’m direct and a good guy to have on your side.

If your proposition makes good commercial sense to a new Owner, then I will find that new Owner.
Every business sale I’ve worked on and seen in the last
20 years has been different. I learned something unique
from each one of them, successful outcome or not.
Selling your business is fraught with variables. I’ve been around that block more times than I care to admit and sometimes I’ve had to reinvent the block.
Nothing beats transactional experience to smooth out those road bumps and pot holes in the sales process.
I always say there’s a bottom for every seat.
Past clients will confirm my tenacity at finding the perfect new Occupier for your chair.
I’m an experienced set of hands that understands all of the nuances of a transaction across all of the parties involved. I will treat your business and your interests like they were my own. Helping people cash up years of hard graft and retire is a highlight.
